Called and ordered food, said it would be here in 45 minutes. Waited an hour and called to hear it was on the way and be here soon. Called again another ten minutes later to here the same thing. On the third call 15 minutes later they blame me for not answering a call that they never did. Didn't knock or anything and had attitude when I asked why they wouldn't knock as thats what they have done I'm the past. Will never order here again.
I'm from Worcester originally and love wings over Worcester. They're delicious and super fast. Well in amherst they like to take over an hour to deliver you food and will hang up on you when you call to check on it. Food was cold when I got it. It's a waste of time and money to order here
I normally hit the Hanger in Greenfield or in Amherst for my fixings, but this Wings Over can duplicate that food so effectively that I go here more and more. I can order it online and get it with zero effort. They never ever mess it up and it's always pretty darn good. I worked across the street last summer and ate here all the time. Definitely pricey if you get it constantly, but super worth it.
I work with them a lot for my job. Whenever we get catering, they are so helpful. I’ve had to go in multiple times because my staff have messed up a receipt (our fault), and the Wings Over people have always been great in assisting me get it sorted. They have really great food and always deliver on time. I really appreciate the business and their staff.
