Great food, friendly staff. For those who said staff is not friendly, it just isn't true. There was one pretty grouchy guy but he seems to be gone now. Best fried dumplings and definitely the best sauce. We go at least once a week. I find that everything is excellent, and for those who like real Chinese food, this place has it! Don't worry, though. The restaurant also serves the Americanized food (which I prefer).
Cons:
Ginger garden is one of my favorite places to eat in the pioneer Valley. They offer great Chinese and Japanese and won several awards for their authentic szechuan Chinese food. It is a nice environment, the price is reasonable. If you get there for the lunch menu, it's a steal. $9 full sushi lunch with soup and salad. Definitely recommend.
The place is pretty darn good. Feels a little higher quality than normal Chinese food and it's nicely priced. You can order and have food picked up within like fifteen minutes. Nice people and it's wicked easy.

The waitstaff offer attentive service, and will make your meal as enjoyable as they can. The food is well prepared and does not usually take an extended period of time to be served. Everything is reasonably priced.

The service was absurdly slow. We sat at our table for like 15 minutes and it wasn't until we asked a nearby bartender to get our waiter that he came. Food was aggressively mediocre. You're better off just going down the road to Oriental Flavor where you can get much better food.
