The food is very good but they seemed very understaffed. The guy who seemed to be the manager was also the bartender and the food runner. Our food took over 45 min. The tables were being cleaned and remade with cloth and silverware as needed. So, we got to stare at dirty plates and drink glasses on the bar and in the dining room for our entire stay. For the price they charged we expected a more pleasant experience. Hope they get their act together because the food is very good.

Long wait for food when restaurant was slow. Good bread and meatball appetizer, but sadly that was it. The Veal Piccata's breading had sat too long in the sauce before it was served. This dish cannot sit without becoming a mushy mess and the risotto it was served with tasted like cheesy rice. The chicken asparagus gorgonzola dish was a huge portion, but bland and extremely lacking in gorgonzola flavor. I hope we came on a bad night, I will be returning one more time hoping for better flavors and service timing.
(my personal barometer for judging American Italian food) and the pasta was cooked Al dente and the chicken was cooked well. Will be returning again to see if they have improved to acquire the 5th star.
Understaffed, but server a hustler and did her best to keep take care of our group of 8. All the dishes were hot and really good. Cute private alcove to dine, and nicely decorated. Really hope they get over their growing pains, because if it wasn't for the food and the friendly help, we may not revisit for a bit.
