Great headshop. Plenty of glass and knowledgeable staff. Worked with Alex to pick out an awesome piece.
Staff was condescending and unhelpful. Received a dirty look when I asked for advice from the guy behind the counter. There are some other smoke shops in Amherst with better service and selection
Good selection but - like most retail smoke shops - still doesn't come close to online prices. Also staff is helpful but customer service after purchase is very bad.
Went there for a sale didn't even get my foot in the door and had a sales person asking me what I wanted when I said I needed about 20 minutes to look around the followed me asking me what I wanted which I found very very annoying I ended yo buying the first thing cuz she was so pushy and wouldn't back off. Even for those prices I wouldn't want to deal with that service very very dissatisfied
Love this shop! Went here today and the staff on where so helpful and pleasant to deal with! They will help you work in your budget and find the perfect smoking device for you. Also they have such a great variety of CBD products!
