I've been a regular at this shop for a year and a half. These kids are great. Personable, dependable and knowledgeable. There are other smoke shops in the Valley. I choose this one.

At first i thought this was a great place! The sales man was very friendly and i of course, thought honest, with my spouse and my self about the products we were about to purchase. I decided to stop smoking and figured that the vaporizer E cigarettes might be the way to go. After purchasing a K-PIN i had to come back to the store with in the first 10 min because it was leaking and i was told i was using it wrong so i tried to use it but it it kept leaking. Then 2 days after that i went back and they cleaned it and said it would be OK, but i had to bring it back again the next day because it would not work so he changed the coil and said it was working fine but about 20 min later the button stuck and the cig was getting hotter and hotter and the hot liquid ran out all over my hands and pants while i was driving and it burnt. All i want is to have one that works. There is no way to know if the product works with out opening it. so according to the sales men this store will not return any non working items at all. even if it is with in ten min of purchase. So i spend $75.00 on a yellow paper weight.
I wish I could give this less than 1 star. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER. EVER go to this place. Brendon R should NOT be employed by any sort of customer service business anywhere. I HAVE NEVER been treated more disrespectfully in my entire life. I have also never been threatened to have the police called on me because i wanted a refund for something i bought YESTERDAY. UNOPENED. WITH THE RECEIPT.MIND YOU, I HAD BOUGHT THE SAME ONE A WEEK BEFORE AND IT BROKE. they were unwilling to give me a managers name number, or even e-mail address. this place is PATHETIC. Has to expect from all retail smoke shops, prices are far higher then online. Biggest con is customer service. Once an employee accidentally sold me the wrong kind of coils for my vape, had already cashed me out, and wouldn't exchange it or give me my money back even though I hadn't even left the register and had the receipt in hand.
