this 5 star is for javi the maintenance guy, he's always friendly and helpful around in colonial village were i live.
Though Kamins owns many properties in the area, they are attentive when you need them for repairs, coming quickly and fixing things as they say they will; the people who answer the phone are friendly and helpful. Tony is great! They helped us move out early when needed. Would rent from them again!
They need to focus more on servicing their facilities!
The staff at Kamins is very helpful and very quick to respond. They are easy to work with but you will need to make sure you follow up a few times to get what you want. There was a little misunderstanding on who was going to call who for a little while. But everything was sorted out and I have no complaints. They have a great website and their office has lots of parking.

Update: they did not clean the apartment properly before renting it out to me. There is hair on the toilet and the handles of the fridge are sticky. Here are photos for reference
