Very institutional. The theater is in a cement box of a building with a smell like a high school gym during a basketball game. The performance was great, but it is not a place I would choose to go to.
The best venue for fine arts in the valley, FAC attracts some of the best dancers, theater, and musicians from around the world improving the quality of life for all.
The building is beautiful, and they have a lot of fun activities hosted there. I was there for the ballroom team dance lessons provided for free every Monday. The only downside is parking is pretty terrible if you're a commuter. There are maybe 10 spots out back.
