The apartments are very nice and affordable, especially for the area. You get a lot more space than Town houses and Pufton with paying a little bit more, and the quality is much nicer. However, the people living here are not always in school and do not care that you are in school.
Great place to stay. Spacious rooms, gas heating, wonderful views. The floor might be a bit rickety, and you might get disturbed by your upstairs neighbor walking around.
The parking situation here is a disaster. They have about 10 reserved visitor spots for the entire complex which is ridiculous. That is not enough for the amount of people who live there. They need at least 10 more, and they have enough empty parking spaces for that. The apartments floors are squeaky, the bathroom lights can't be on without a fan and they are super loud and you can hear the person's fan who lives above you. The windows also don't close all the way so there is a constant cold breeze and even ice on the inside window sill in the winter. The doors in the hallways are extremely loud and makes it impossible to relax or have some quiet time.
Very close to campus. On 3 bus routes(30,31,33). Spacious rooms with balcony and heating included. Accessible pool, beautiful pond to relax by. Cumberland and small pizza stores and restaurants nearby.
Lush lawns and a murky pond with geese are a nice sight to wake up to from your apartments, all of which have balconies. Floors are thin, sound crosses easily and this is a very common complaint. Lots of storage spaces on the flip side
I had the cops show up at my door more times than I care to admit because my neighbors did not want to address me directly. This includes watching a movie "too loudly" around 8pm on a Thursday. So keep that in mind.
