I cannot recommend this place enough. The service was excellent and I was very pleased with the prices. I brought in a pair of boots that I bought in Italy that I absolutely cherish, but they were a little too well-loved and the heel was completely worn down. When I picked them up, the heel looked even better than when I bought them and the black leather was so shiny! I also brought in another boot with a broken eyelet and it was replaced. This place is even affordable for a broke college kid and I recommend to everyone to try to have the shoes you already love fixed instead of buying new ones. Definitely will visit in the future!
