Unbelievably rude. The girl who answered the phone had such a nasty tone that I ended the call rather than entrust her to deliver my food. Get new employees- it's obviously not working for you. Just look at the other reviews.
Only delivers to Southwest, always give super inaccurate estimated times for food to be ready, way too expensive and barely give any food. Extremely unsatisfied.
THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! They literally don't know how to answer a phone to the point where you don't know whether or not they are open or closed. Also, half of the time the food never comes, and last time I demanded y money back it never refunded me. Go spend your dining dollars somewhere else.
They used to deliver anywhere on campus and things were great (albeit some bad service here and there) Back then I would have given them 4 stars. Now, they don't do that anymore, they changed their menu, they increased prices and lowered portions, and the service is still just as bad. I give them two stars because at the very least, on occasion I can get wings using dining dollars. I like wings.
