Terrible! They have managed to get my order wrong every single time. It was not even a complicated order! A small coffee with cream no sugar and a croissant heated up. HOW do u get that wrong! Not returning unfortunately.
This dunkin used to be my favorite one until about a month ago. I used to go almost everyday on my way to work and now I try to acoid it at all cost. They have messed up my order to the point of making my favorite drink undrinkable (today), not adding several items of my payed order to my bag, ext. AVOID THIS DUNKIN! (At least until they get rid of whoever they hired in the last month)
Not only did they get my order wrong, they mixed hazelnut and pumpkin spice together. Didn't notice till I was miles away.
Decent location, excellent service and a courteous staff...
Sometimes there's no line, but for some reason about half of the time there is a line 10 cars long that literally doesn't move for 15 mins. Why can't they have a car pull aside if their order is taking unusually long like mcdonalds does? Very disorganized.
