We had a technician come out to our house today to devise a way to make the filter more accessible for changing. It was rigged in such a way that we had to unscrew a section of the furnace to get at it. Jared devised a way to reposition the filter by cutting through a part of the ducking close to the furnace. He did a excellent job. Installing a door rather than covering it with tape as it had been. Jared was efficient, personable knowledgeable. He kept me informed about what he was doing, showed me how to switch out filters and gave me some tips on how to make the job easier. Five stars are well deserved.
