Clean please, generally speaking. However, some machines were not in good working order, and were not marked as such. The washing detergent dispenser was out of stock!
Convenient
Poor experience. The machines are unreliable and the male attendant that works here is always extremely rude and disrespectful. If you go in in the evening he uses an abrasive attitude to try to run you off so he can leave early. Really uncomfortable - I don't recommend.
Not usually any workers there but I think its the best prices in Amherst and all washers and dryers ( from my experience) work really well, as long as you dont space jam the washers full lol. Its not a huge location but if you dont wait until Sunday afternoon to do laundry you will be fine. They also own / run Amherst Laundry next to Spirit Haus which is also a great place to do laundry.
