Knowles always treats us right and provides a quality product. Their customer service is great and provides a realistic expectation of what they can provide, beautiful flowers delivered to local funeral homes and hospitals.
I made an order by phone with Frank, the man that answered the phone. He was polite and knowledgeable. He promised the delivery sooner than I expected. My review will stay the same provided the delivery goes well. This is my first order from this company.
The flowers I ordered on the website were beautiful. The flowers that were delivered were okay but certainly not what was depicted on the website. These flowers were expensive. I ordered the "premium" arrangement. If possible, check with Knowles first before ordering from the website to make sure you know what will be in the arrangement.
Terribly Disappointed in service. I stipulated repeatedly that no Lilies should be used in bouquet due to allergies. Yet 3 large lilies present. Bouquet had to be placed out of site. Owner stated "totally forgot about that" and "I pulled the pollen off". Offered another bouquet but event already past. Then offered refund of $6.00 on an $80 bouquet as refund price of the Lily. Totally wasted my money. Will not shop or recommend this store again.

Never again...Do NOT use this florist. Terrible customer service and should never be allowed to fulfill an FTD order. Ordered thru our local florist FTD, picked out an arrangement from book @ $100...got about a $40 arrangement. They thought we would never see it. Their response was..."the person who received it was very happy". Of course they were! But they just didn't know we spent $100! What do they care...they just got flowers! Seriously??! A shame that they think they can take advantage of people...especially when they have just lost a loved one!
