Very hit or miss. Sometimes I get great service and other times they strip the threads on my oil pan and then tell me I need a new one for $500 or neglect to tell me that my inspection is taking over an hour because they cant reach the dmv. I have been trying to avoid this place for the last couple of years but found myself there again about a month ago and had a positive experience.
I’m a college student in Amherst, and have never been here before. I needed an oil change and inspection- I normally go to a shop in my hometown. They had excellent service and the woman at the front desk was so sweet and very hardworking. Only took about an hour, and all the workers there were very kind. Very happy with my experience here and will be going here from now on while at college.
The best..my husband and I been going there ever since....exllecnt and experienced technicians honesty is thier best strength. You will go no wrong by going there to have your car fixed and so on. The best and decent price too...of course, Mark, the manager leads a great team.
The receptionist at the front desk was very rude. First, I overheard her taking a phone call with a customer who was asking about some repair work he had gotten on his car. It seemed like he was complaining about something, but that does not give the employee permission to be rude. She was demanding, in a very hostile tone, that he stop interrupting her as she was speaking.
The reason I was there was to get 2 tires replaced, as one of them blew out. I did not realize that you needed to order tires ahead of time. So after taking my car in and realizing I had no tires to replace the old ones with, the receptionist called my name and asked me where my tires were (also very rudely). I told her I did not have any, and she told me that I am suppose to either order them or have them already. Anyways, the main point is that she was very rude and did not make me want to come back.
Great service. Employees are nice. Open every day, which is very convenient
